Christine Kopfstein
I graduated with a BA in Liberal Studies from Sonoma State in 2002. I earned my multiple subject teaching credential from CSU Sacramento in 2003. Added on math, history and english subject matter authorizations in 2008. I have worked with students ages preschool to adult through tutoring, substitute teaching and full time teaching. Working with elementary aged students, I have taught math, language arts, writing, science, history and PE. I have taught math to junior high students as well as tutored high school and adult students in this subject and am comfortable up to and including algebra and some algebra 2. I have also taught history to junior high students. I have helped students with their writing as an instructor as well as a proofreader.
My husband and I live in Costa Mesa with our two boys (6 and 3). Our 6 year old is in 1st grade and loving it. We enjoy doing outdoor activities as a family, we love sports, the beach and dirt bike riding and we are starting to have fun with camping.
